After implementing the Paleo diet into my daily life, the next natural progression was to learn how to move like a Caveman. Notice I didn’t use the word “workout”. Can you imagine a Caveman pumping rock, or mindlessly running around a circle just for the heck of it? Cavemen didn’t flex muscle and spike the heartrate just because it was fun or because society told them to or else they might develop heart disease or osteoporosis . They did it because their life depended on it. Our living habits have changed dramatically the past 10,000 years, but the basis for fitness has not.
For those of you who live in places without geographically-diverse resources ( downtown, apartments, the plains, etc.), here are some tools you can use at home. These products are nice to have even if you do have good bush to workout in, because you never know when the weather will turn bad or a long day at work will eat up your daylight.
